Recipe(tried): Black Russian Cake with Kahlua Glaze (using cake mix, Bundt)

I have been hungry for a chocolate cake this past week. I just took this out of the oven and it smells like HEAVEN!!!! It would be great served with some vanilla ice cream.

BLACK RUSSIAN CAKE

1 (2-layer-size) yellow cake mix*
1/2 cup sugar
1 (6 1/2 ounce) package chocolate instant pudding mix*
1 cup oil
4 eggs
1/4 cup vodka
1/2 cup kahlua
3/4 cup water
FOR THE GLAZE:
1/2 cup confectioners sugar mixed with 1/4 cup kahlua


Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

In bowl, mix all liquid ingredients for the cake with dry ingredients. Beat 4 minutes. Pour into greased and floured Bundt pan.

Bake 45 to 50 minutes. cool 20 minutes in pan and turn out. Poke holes in top of cake.

For the glaze combine confectioners sugar mixed with 1/4 cup kahlua. Pour glaze over cake.

*Sometimes I use a chocolate cake mix and use a small package of pudding mix.
