Recipe: Blender Banana Bread

Blender Banana Bread

1/4 cup oil
1/4 cup milk
2 eggs
1 cup mashed banana
1 teaspoon salt
1 cup flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 cup chopped nuts

Combine ingredients in blender [or food processor] in order listed. Add chopped nuts and mix by hand. Pour into greased and floured loaf pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 to 60 minutes.
