Blender Banana Salad Dressing

1 banana
1 tablespoon lemon juice
approximately 1/4 cup mayonnaise

Cut banana in chunks and put all ingredients in blender, blend until smooth. Adjust to taste, if needed. Pour over assorted fruits and serve.
