Recipe: Blueberry Maple Muffins

Blueberry Maple Muffins

2 eggs
1 cup sour cream
1 cup maple syrup
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 cup bran flakes
1 cup blueberries
1 cup chopped walnuts

Beat eggs in mixing bowl until very frothy. Blend in sour cream, maple syrup, flour, soda, bran flakes and blueberries. Sprinkle walnuts evenly over muffins. Bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes. Let cool 5 minutes then remove muffins from tins.
Makes 18 muffins
