Blueberry Surprise
This recipe is similar to blueberry Icebox recipes, but it is not exactly the same. The bananas add a nice touch.
Crust:
1 1/4 cup flour
1 1/2 stick margarine
1 cup chopped pecans
Filling:
5 bananas
1 large (12 oz.) Cool Whip, thawed
1 (8 oz.) Cream Cheese, softened
1 cup sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 can of blueberry pie filling
Mix the crust, pat into pan, and brown in 350 degree oven (about 10 minutes.) Slice 5 bananas over crust. Mix filling ingredients until smooth. Spread over bananas. Spread 1 can of blueberry pie filling on top. (We like to do one side blueberry and one side strawberry.) Chill thoroughly and enjoy.
