Recipe: Bloody Mary Bread (bread machine)

Bloody Mary Bread

1 pkg yeast
3 cups bread flour
1 tsp salt
1 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp soft butter
1 can spicy v-8 juice (6 oz.)
1 tbsp vodka
1 tbsp water
1 egg

Place all the ingredients in the pan in order recommended for your machine, select white bread, and push Start.

This can be mixed on manual of the bread machine and baked in the oven:
After Second kneading, remove dough from machine, divide into to equal portions and place in small loaf pans. Cover and let rise to double, about 45 min to 1 hour. Bake at 350F. for 35-40 minutes.
