I tried Breakfast Muffin Mix in a Jar for gifts. Made the muffins myself with some substitutions.
I used canola oil instead of butter and dried cranberries instead of cherries. Instead of the candied lemon peel (which I could not find in my area), I mixed 2 Tablespoons of orange marmalade with the yogurt. The orange and cranberry flavors really compliment one another.
These are delicious muffins either way.
