Recipe(tried): Brown Sugar Carrots (microwave) - good side dish

Brown Sugar Carrots

one can sliced carrots, drained
1/4 to 1/2 stick butter
brown sugar
salt
pepper

This is too easy. Open carrots into a bowl, coat top with brown sugar (or as much as desired), add butter and pinch of salt and pepper. microwave until butter melts, stir, and enjoy!

My mom taught me this recipe and its a great side dish. I've even had it as a quick, healthy meal. hope it helps. good luck!
