ISO: College student microwave recipes..

Misc.
Hi everyone,
I'm looking for items to send to my college age neices and nephews in a care package. I'd like to send fairly nutritious food they can prepare in the micro: snacks, light meals etc. I have micro mac and cheese. Does anyone have any ideas for store bought items and home made recipes? Thanks in advance.
