Recipe(tried): Butterballs

Desserts - Cookies, Brownies, Bars
These are easy and delicious!

BUTTERBALLS

1 cup butter, room temperature
4 tbsp confectioner's sugar
1 tsp vanilla
1 cup chopped nuts (pecans are best)
2 cups flour
confectioner's sugar (for rolling)

Preheat oven to 350 degrees

Cream butter and sugar until fluffy. Add vanilla. Add flour and mix well. Fold in nuts. Shape into small balls and place on ungreased cookie sheet.

Bake 15-18 minutes.

While still warm, roll in confectioner's sugar, when cool. Roll in confectioner's sugar again.
