Recipe(tried): Potato and Kielbasa Casserole

POTATO AND KIELBASA CASSEROLE

6 or 7 potatoes, boiled until almost done
salt and pepper to taste
1 kielbasa, thinly sliced
1 onion, thinly sliced
cheddar cheese, thinly sliced
1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup
chicken broth (as needed)
milk (as needed)

Start with a layer of potatoes in a 13x9-inch casserole pan. Season with salt and pepper. Add a layer of kielbasa, a layer of onion, then the cheese; continue until the casserole pan is full.

Mix the mushroom soup and the chicken broth with enough milk to cover the casserole slightly.

Bake at 350 degrees F until the potatoes are soft and the cheese golden brown.

I was asked to bring a dish to our college Christmas party and this is what I came up with, it was a hit and none came home with me.
