Recipe: Creamy Coleslaw Dressing (using sour cream and half-and-half)

Salads - Salad Dressings
CREAMY COLESLAW DRESSING

1 cup sour cream
1 cup half and half
3/4 cup sugar
1/2 cup cider vinegar
1 tablespoon salt

Combine ingredients and beat with a whisk until smooth.

Pour over shredded cabbage (and grated carrot if desired) and refrigerate until well chilled.

Makes 3 cups
