Recipe: Campbell's One-Dish Pasta and Vegetables (using cheddar cheese soup)

CAMPBELL'S ONE-DISH PASTA AND VEGETABLES

1 1/2 cups uncooked corkscrew pasta
2 medium carrots, sliced
1 cup broccoli flowerets
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can Campbell's Condensed Cheddar Cheese Soup
1/2 cup shredded Cheddar cheese (optional)
1/2 cup milk
1 tbsp. prepared mustard

Cook pasta according to pkg. directions. Add carrots and broccoli for last 5 minutes of cooking time. Drain.

Mix soup (undiluted), cheese, milk, mustard, and pasta mixture in same pan. Heat through.

Serve as a side dish or meatless main meal.
