CAMPBELL'S OVEN-BAKED BAR-B-Q CHICKEN
1 can (10 3/4 ounces) Campbell's Condensed Tomato Soup
1/4 cup vinegar
1/4 cup vegetable oil
2 tablespoons packed brown sugar
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/8 teaspoon Louisiana-style hot sauce (optional)
Place chicken in 2-quart shallow baking dish and bake at 375 degrees F for 30 minutes. Spoon off fat.
Mix soup, vinegar, oil, sugar, Worcestershire, garlic powder and hot sauce. Spoon over chicken.
Bake 30 minutes more or until chicken is no longer pink. Remove chicken. Stir sauce.
*If desired, remove skin from chicken before baking.
Servings: 4
VARIATION: Omit chicken parts. Mix soup, vinegar, oil, sugar, Worcestershire, garlic powder and hot sauce. Use to baste chicken, hamburgers, ribs or steak during broiling or grilling. Makes 1 1/2 cups
