Recipe(tried): Brie Topped with Red Pepper Jelly (re: Brie Topped with Cranberry Marmalade)

Sounds so yummy!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I make one similar only using my homemade red pepper jelly and put on top of brie. I put it in phyllo or puff pastry and bake it till pastry lighly browned.
