Recipe: Canning Cantaloupe for Tina

Canning Cantaloupe

cantaloupes
sugar
vinegar
water
cinnamon

Fill quarts with diced cantaloupe..To each jar add 1/2 cup sugar and 3 T vinegar. Fill with water. Some prefer to add one stick cinnamon to each jar.

Seal jars and wter bath for 1 hour or pressure can for 12 minutes at 5 pounds pressure.
