Recipe: Cantaloupe Pineapple Jam

Cantaloupe Jam

4 cups crushed or diced ripe cantaloupe
2 cups crushed pineapple
5 cups sugar (or 6 if you want it sweeter)
1 tsp. butter

Mix all ingredients in large pan. Rub rim of pan with butter (to keep from boiling over). Stir and bring to a boil. Boil until it's as thick as you like. Process in water bath for 10 minutes, or refrigerate.
