Recipe: Caramel Dip

Hi Judi,
Sorry, had to get something to eat! Here's another good recipe for dipping
apple slices...don't know about pretzels!! Enjoy!

Caramel Dip
1 8 oz. cream cheese, softened( do not use fat free..doesn't work)
3/4 cup brown sugar
2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. caramel flavoring

Blend all ingredients together well. Chill and serve with apple slices.
