Recipe: Carolina Rice Bread (Bread Machine)

Carolina Rice Bread

3/4 cup water
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
1 tablespoon sugar
2 tablespoons dry milk
1 tablespoon butter
1 egg
1 teaspoon lemon juice
3/4 cup cooked rice
3 cups bread flour
2 1/4 teaspoons yeast

Add as directed by your bread machine. The
rice should be at room temperature, and drained well.
