2 AVOCADOS, PEELED
1 SERRANO PEPPER
1 SMALL HANDFUL CILANTRO
8 OUNCES SOUR CREAM
1/2 TEASPOON POWDERED GARLIC
2 TABLESPOONS LIME JUICE
SALT & PEPPER TO TASTE

PUT ALL INGREDIENTS INTO FOOD PROCESSOR AND PROCESS UNTIL WELL BLENDED. CHILL WELL BEFORE SERVING.
