Recipe(tried): Cheesecake Divine (with sour cream topping and graham cracker crust)

CHEESECAKE DIVINE

1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
2 eggs, beaten
3/4 cup sugar
2 teaspoons plus 1 dash vanilla, divided use
1 (8-inch) graham cracker crust
1/2 teaspoon lemon juice
1 cup sour cream
3 1/2 teaspoons sugar
1 dash vanilla
1 dash lemon juice
Crushed berries (for serving, optional)

Beat cream cheese, eggs, sugar and 2 teaspoons vanilla together well; pour into graham crust.

Bake at 350 degrees F for 15-20 minutes. Remove and cool 5 minutes.

Combine sour cream, sugar, remaining dash of vanilla and lemon juice. Pour on top of cream cheese mixture.

Bake for 10 minutes. Set on rack to cool, then chill for at least 5 hours before serving.

Serve with crushed berries if desired.

Makes 4 servings
