CHEESECAKE FRUIT CUPS
Choose peaches or pears to top these velvety individual cheesecakes.
1 (11 1/4-ounce) package ROYAL No-Bake Cheesecake*
1/4 cup margarine or butter, melted
8 canned pear or peach halves, well drained
1 1/2 cups cold milk
Prepared whipped topping, for garnish
Mix graham cracker crumbs and margarine or butter; reserve 1/4 cup crumb mixture.
Spoon remaining crumb mixture on bottom of 8 (6-ounce) dessert dishes. Place pear or peach halves on crumbs; set aside.
Prepare cheesecake filling according to package directions using milk. Spoon or pipe mixture on top of pear or peach halves. Refrigerate 1 hour.
Garnish with whipped topping and reserved crumbs.
*1 (8-ounce) package ROYAL No-Bake Lite Cheesecake may be substituted.
Makes 8 servings
