Jeanette: Could this be close?
Cheesy Broccoli
1 can creamed corn
1 package frozen broccoli (rinse)
3-5 oz. cubed Velveeta
1 egg
2/3 cup crushed crackers (any)
Mix corn and egg. Mix broccoli and crackers.
Combine with cheese.
Bake in greased casserole for 40 minutes at 350 degrees.
(Can put additional bread crumbs with margarine on top before baking.)
