The Broccoli corn casserole I have doesn't have cheese.
1 10 oz box frozen broccoli defrosted
1 can cream corn
2 tbl dried minced onions
4 tbl butter melted
1 egg beaten
salt & pepper to taste
12 ritz crackers crushed
Mix the above ingredients. Pour into casserole dish top with:
5 crushed ritz crackers
2 tbl butter melted
Bake at 350 for 25 - 30 minutes
