Recipe(tried): Chicken Casserole (using egg noodles, cream of chicken soup, and Ritz crackers)

1 (8 oz) bag egg noodles
2 cans condensed cream of chicken soup
1 (16 oz) tub sour cream
garlic salt/powder, to taste
onion salt/powder, to taste
salt and pepper, to taste
4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
1 bag shredded Colby cheese*
2 packets/sleeves Ritz crackers
Cook noodles according to package directions, drain. Pour into casserole dish that has been sprayed with Pam.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Combine soup, sour cream, and spices to taste: pour over noodles (will be thick you will have to spread it around).
Cut chicken breasts into bite size pieces, cook thoroughly with you choice of spices added. Once fully cooked put over noodle and soup mixture.
Spread the cheese over the chicken.
Crush 2 packets of Ritz crackers and sprinkle over cheese.
Bake at 350 for 25 minutes.
*You may add more cheese if you like.
