BEEF BBQ CASSEROLE
1 lb. ground beef
1 (16 oz.) can pork and beans
1/2 cup BBQ sauce
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 (8 oz.) can refrigerated biscuits
1 cup shredded cheese
Heat oven to 375. Lightly grease an 8-cup casserole dish.
Brown meat and remove any grease. Add pork and beans, BBQ sauce, and onions; simmer for 5 minutes. Pour into prepared casserole dish.
Cut biscuits in half, place cut sides down, forming circle around edge of the casserole. Top with shredded cheese.
Bake 20 minutes.
