Recipe(tried): Ruby Tuesday's White Bean Chile

Main Dishes - Chilis, Stews
Today I made Ruby Tuesday's White Chicken Chile and it does not look anything like it. Mine is not thick, nor white and I added just 4 cups of diced chicken as 6 was way to much. I certainly can follow the directions in a recipe and am a good cook so what went wrong? Help! I plan on serving this tomorrow and it is tasty but----- Thanks.
