CHILI CREAM CHEESE DIP

This is a wonderful but simple, and fairly inexpensive snack for the whole family or just yourself!

1 1/2 pkg (8 oz each) cream cheese, room temperature (for added flavor try chive cream cheese!)
2 cans chili, with or without beans (or 3-4 cups homemade chili)
2 cups shredded cheese (I use cheddar or Monterey jack but any shredded cheese will work)

Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

Spread cream cheese on bottom of ungreased 9-inch pie plate. Empty cans of chili on top of cream cheese. Sprinkle shredded cheese on top of chili.

Place on oven rack and bake for 15 minutes or until cheese is melted and slightly bubbling.

ENJOY!!
