Recipe(tried): Pinwheel Finger Sandwiches- 4 ways - Ham, Cheese, and Onion Sandwiches, Ham, Cheese, and Salsa, California Pinwheel Finger Sandwiches, Kids (PB&J) Finger Sandwiches

Appetizers and Snacks
PINWHEEL FINGER SANDWICHES

1 (8 oz) pkg cream cheese, softened
1 bunch green onions, chopped
2 pkgs flour tortillas
60 very thin slices of ham

Mix cheese and onions. Spread sparingly onto flour tortillas to within 1/2 inch of all edges. Top with 3 ham slices and roll up.

Chill 30 minutes to 1 hour.

Slice into 1/4 to 1/2-inch rounds. Serve with salsa.

HAM, CHEESE, AND SALSA

1 (8 oz) pkg cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup salsa
2 pkgs flour tortillas
60 very thin slices of ham or turkey

Mix cream cheese and salsa. Spread onto flour tortillas to within 1/2 inch of all edges. Place meat over this and roll up.

Chill 30 minutes to 1 hour.

Slice into 1/4 to 1/2-inch rounds.

CALIFORNIA PINWHEEL FINGER SANDWICHES

2 pkgs flour tortillas
1 (8 oz) pkg pineapple cream cheese, softened
1 bunch baby spinach leaves
1 box bean sprouts
1/2 cup finely shredded cheddar cheese
thinly sliced turkey

Spread tortillas with cream cheese, top with a small amount of each of the remaining ingredients.

Chill 30 minutes to 1 hour.

Slice into 1/2 to 1-inch thick rounds. These are great served with salsa.

KIDS (PB&J) FINGER SANDWICHES

Flour tortillas
peanut butter
marshmallow cream
grape jelly
miniature marshmallows (optional)
chopped peanuts (optional)
mini chocolate chips (optional)

Spread tortillas with peanut butter then marshmallow cream then jelly. Roll up and slice.

This is fun served with chopped peanuts and mini marshmallows and mini chocolate chips, so the kids can top their sandwiches.
