Recipe: Cabbage Slaw with Pineapple and Raisins

CABBAGE SLAW WITH PINEAPPLE AND RAISINS

1 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup seedless raisins
1/2 cup drained crushed pineapple
1 medium dark green cabbage, shredded
1 red apple, or 3 red and 3 green cherries

In large mixing bowl, combine mayonnaise and milk to make thick dressing.

Stir in raisins and pineapple. Add cabbage and mix well.

Cut apple into wedges, leaving skin on. In decorative design, place apple wedges or cherries on cabbage.

Servings: 8-10
