Recipe: Chocolate Bread

Breads - Bread Machine
Chocolate Bread
Rec.food.baking/Curly Sue (1997)
Recipe by: DAK

This one is nice and chocolate-y. The original didn't have raisins, but I added them. I suppose you could add the chocolate chips, but do it later so they don't melt or break up during mixing.

2/3 cup milk
1 egg
1/3 cup sugar
1/4 tsp salt
3 Tbsp butter or margarine
2 1/2 cups flour
3 Tbsp cocoa
1 1/2 tsp yeast

Process on SWEET CYCLE. After 35 min add 3/4 cup raisins.
