CHOCOLATE BUTTERSCOTCH TREASURE COOKIES
1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
1/2 cup flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
1/2 cup butter, softened
3/4 cup semisweet chocolate chips
3/4 cup butterscotch chips
1 1/3 cups coconut
1 cup walnuts, chopped
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Lightly grease cookie sheets.
Mix together graham cracker crumbs, flour and baking powder; set aside.
With mixer, beat sweetened condensed milk and butter until smooth. Add crumb mixture; mix well. Stir in chips, coconut and walnuts. Drop by tablespoons onto prepared cookie sheets.
Bake 9-10 minutes or until lightly browned. Cool 2-3 minutes; remove from cookie sheets. Store loosely covered at room temperature.
Makes about 3 dozen
