Chocolate Chip Banana Bread

2 cups flour
1 cup sugar
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp baking soda
1 cup mashed ripe bananas
1/2 cup butter, melted
2 eggs
1 cup chocolate chips
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
Preheat oven to 350F. Grease a 9x5x3 inch loaf pan. Sift together the dry ingredients. In another bowl, mix together the wet ingredients. Stir in the dry just until everything is moist. Stir in the chocolate chips and walnuts. Pour into the prepared pan and bake for 60 to 70 minutes until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
