Recipe: Chocolate Chip Muffins

Chocolate Chip Muffins

1 1/2 cups flour
1/2 cup sugar
2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 cup milk
1/4 cup oil
1 egg beaten
1/2 cup mini chocolate chips

Combine flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt in a medium bowl. Add milk, oil and egg. Stir just until blended. Stir in chocolate chips. Fill paper lined muffin cups 2 1/3 full with batter. Bake at 400F for 25 to 30 minutes until brown.
