Recipe(tried): Chocolate Chip Macadamia Cookies

I have made cookie recipes all my life and I promise you there is no chocolate chip cookie to compare with this one...everyone goes wild over them. Make a double batch or they won't last lol.

CHOCOLATE CHIP MACADAMIA COOKIES

3/4 cup brown sugar, firmly packed
3/4 cup white sugar
1 cup butter, softened
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
2 1/2 cups flour
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
2 jars (3 1/2 oz. each) salted Macadamia nuts, chopped
1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 cup vanilla milk chips

Pre-heat oven to 375 degrees F. Grease baking sheets.

In large mixer bowl, combine first 5 ingredients. Beat at medium speed until well mixed. Add flour, baking soda, and salt and mix well.

By hand, stir in the remaining ingredients. Drop by rounded tablespoonfuls, 2 inches apart, onto prepared baking sheets.

Bake for 9-13 minutes, or until lightly browned. Cool a couple of minutes before removing from pan.
