Chocolate Chip Tassies
Makes 24
CRUST:
1 stick (1/2 cup) margarine
1 cup flour
1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
FILLING:
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1 1/2 cups chopped nuts
3/4 cup brown sugar
1/2 cups chocolate chips
1 tsp. vanilla
Mix margarine, flour and cream cheese. Make 24 balls. Press balls into small muffin tins. Build up sides.
Mix together filling ingredients to fill each muffin tin.
Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes.
Hi Robert,
Here's another recipe for you to try. It doesn't have a frosting with it but you can try any good chococolate frosting spread on top after they're cooled.
