Recipe(tried): Cinnamon Rolls - Freezing (unbaked)

Breads - Breakfast Breads
I haven't tried refrigerating the rolls, but what I usually do is when I get to the point of rolling and cutting out the rolls, I flash-freeze them, then put them in a ziploc bag and put them back in the freezer until the day I want to bake them.

To bake, preheat your oven to 200 degrees F, then shut it off. Put the rolls in the pan, cover them and put them in the warm oven until they double in size. Take them out (still covered), heat the oven to 350-375 and bake per usual. I usually allow about 2 hours or so from freezer to baked. This way you could make them a couple days ahead of time or more, or the day before.

Good luck.
