Recipe(tried): Cinnamon Scone

Misc.

5 cups FLOUR
1 cup sugar
1 Tbsp. Baking Powder
1 tsp. Baking soda
.5 tsp. Salt
1.5 sticks Butter
1.75 cups Buttermilk or 2 Tbsp. Vinegar and milk to make 1.5 cups
1 tsp. Vanilla
2 eggs
2 tbsp. Cinnamon
Mix dry ingrdients, then Eggs, Buttermilk and Vanilla. Fold in cinnamon.
(I use ice cream scoop to form - gray handle.) Bake at 350* F. (Convection)
for 13 - 15 minutes. Glaze - 2.5 cups Confectioners Sugar and 3 tbsp. Water
Brush over tops. Really Good!!!!
