Coconut Bread
12 Servings
1 cup coconut, Unsweetened toasted
2 cups flour
1 tablespoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
3/4 cup sugar
1 egg, beaten
1/4 cup oil
1 cup milk
1 teaspoon vanilla
Preheat oven to 350.
Mix coconut, flour, baking powder, salt and sugar.
In separate bowl, mix egg, oil, milk, and vanilla. Add wet mixture to dry mixture and still until blended.
Pour into greased and floured loaf pan and bake one hour.
