Recipe: Coffee Frappe

Coffee Frappe
Source: Long Island Newsday

1/2 cup freshly brewed espresso, chilled
2 1/2 cups fat-free or 1 percent milk
1/4 cup sugar
4 ice cubes

Combine ingredients in blender and blend until frothy. Pour into 3 glasses. Serve immediately. Makes 3 servings
