Cole Slaw

Hernando, I assume that you are asking how to make good cole slaw. My son-in-law will only eat mine so I guess it's good.

I chop up a medium sized head of cabbage. To it, I add just a little sugar, some vinegar to taste, salt, pepper, seasoning salt, about 3/4 teaspoon of Worcestershire Sauce, and mayonnaise. I don't measure anything. Sometimes, I add some chopped carrots.

Hope this helps. I don't have an actual recipe.
