Coleslaw

Here is another version of coleslaw. I cook for a church weekly and get many raves over this one. I will just give you a basic amount of dressing since I make it in large quantities.

Use twice as much sugar and oil as vinegar depending on the amount of cabbage.

l med head cabbage
1 green pepper, chopped
1/2 c onion chopped

Chop and shred all in food processor. Pour the following over slaw after mixing in jar till sugar is dissolved:

1/2 c vinegar
1 c sugar
1 c oil
1 tsp salt (to taste)
2 tsp celery seeds
