Recipe: Cool and Creamy Fruit Toss with Orange Dressing (using sour cream)

COOL AND CREAMY FRUIT TOSS

1 pound strawberries, halved (about 4 cups)
1 (16 ounce) bag fresh pineapple chunks, drained
4 kiwi fruit, peeled and cut into wedges (or 2 cups cubed honeydew melon)
FOR THE DRESSING:
1 cup dairy sour cream
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1/4 cup orange juice
1 teaspoon grated orange peel
1/3 cup chopped pecans, toasted (optional)

In large salad bowl, combine fruits; toss gently.

In small bowl, combine sour cream, powdered sugar, orange juice, and orange peel; blend well. Refrigerate fruit and dressing separately.

To serve, top fruit with pecans and serve with dressing.

Makes 6-8 servings
