FRESH FRUIT WITH HONEY-LIME DRESSING
"A lightly spiced honey dressing cloaks fresh seasonal fruit."
1 can (20 ounces) pineapple chunks in juice, drained
1 ripe pear, cored and diced
2 kiwi fruit, peeled and sliced
1 cup sliced strawberries
FOR THE DRESSING:
1/4 cup honey
3 tablespoons lime juice
2 teaspoons vegetable oil
1 teaspoon poppy seed (optional)
1/4 teaspoon ground allspice
In medium salad bowl, combine fruits.
In small bowl, whisk together remaining ingredients. Pour dressing over fruit; toss to coat.
Makes 6 servings
