Corn Bread
Recipe By : Mt. Tabor Cookbook

1 cup plain flour
1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
3/4 teaspoon salt -- 1/3
1/3 cup oil
2 eggs
1/2 cup buttermilk
2 tablespoons sugar

Mix well dry flour and meal mix and salt. Add oil, 2 eggs. Mix thoroughly. Add milk-beat heavy with spoon.

Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Pour in pan 11x7". Bake till golden brown or about 40 minutes.
