Cottage Cheese Cornmeal Bread
For Bread Machines
1.5 pound loaf

1 cup milk
3/4 cup cottage cheese
1 tablespoon drief onion
2 teaspoons chillies
2/3 cup cornmeal
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 tablespoon sugar
2 2/3 cups flour
2 teaspoon yeast

Use RAPID bake and dark crust.
