Cinnamon Raisin Bread
Bread Machine (2lb. loaf)
Source:Black & Decker Manual
1 1/3 cups water
2 tablespoons powdered milk
2 tablespoons shortening
2 tablespoons sugar
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
4 cups all-purpose flour (4 1/2 c. bread flour)
1 1/2 teaspoons cinnamon
1 1/2 teaspoons yeast
1/2 cup raisins
Follow your machine manufacturer's instructions. I use "Sweet Bread Setting" and "regular" crust. I add raisins at "add ingredient" beep.
