Recipe(tried): Crab Pasta Salad with Creamy Salsa Dressing

Nevermind. I found it. It's called Crab Pasta Salad on SparkRecipes. I recommend it. I think I made it just as the recipe says except I had whole grain penne instead of rotini and I cut the salsa in half. This time I'll use the full amount of salsa.

CRAB PASTA SALAD

8 oz imitation crab
2 oz dry Ronzoni Rotini Smart Pasta
1 whole cucumber, quartered and sliced
1/2 large tomato, diced
4 tbsp daisy light sour cream
4 tbsp Hellman's low fat mayonnaise
1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
1 tsp dried dill
8 tbsp Frieda's fresh mild salsa
1 cup sliced celery
2 tbsp minced red onion
2 stalks green onion, sliced
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp. celery seed
Ground cayenne pepper to taste

Boil pasta by directions on package. Rinse pasta with cold water and drain well. Add pasta to a large mixing bowl.

Add all other ingredients to pasta. Mix well.

Refrigerate until chilled.

Makes 3 servings (1 3/4 cups each)
