Recipe: Cranberry Walnut Coleslaw

Hi Gail,

You didn't say whether the dressing was creamy or clear, but here's a recipe to experiment with by adding diced or shredded apples (I would toss the cut apples with lemon juice before adding to the salad to help prevent browning).
