CREAMY HONEY-JALAPENO DRESSING
1/2 cup dairy sour cream
3 tablespoons Grey Poupon Honey Mustard
2 tablespoons milk
1 tablespoon seeded and chopped jalapeno pepper*
1 tablespoon lime juice or lemon juice
1/4 teaspoon paprika
In electric blender or food processor, combine all ingredients. Blend until smooth.
Serve immediately or cover and store in refrigerator for up to 1 week. Use as a dressing for salad greens.
*Because jalapeno peppers contain oils that can burn your skin and eyes, wear plastic gloves (or cover your hands with plastic bags) whenever working with these peppers.
Makes about 3/4 cup (enough for 6 servings)
